Our goal is simple: To present to you an impressive selection of desirable items from various areas of interest. We think you will agree that each lot being offered is quite special. Be sure to add us to your favorites and check back with us often.
DESCRIPTION: Although the cover is unevenly opened at the left, with part
of the left hand edge of the cover missing, the four (4) Murray, Kentucky duplex cancels (which I find wonderfully apropos as Abraham Lincoln, who is depicted on the stamps, was born in that state) and the seven (7) U
S# 367 stamps make for a truly amazing franking for an early first day cover such as this; also included is the original content which shows a clearly typed Feb. 12, 1909 date, as well as an American Philatelic Society certificate which states that the cover, though flawed, is a genuine First Day Cover from Murray, KY. Note too that the back of the cover is illustrated and also shows a receiver marking. See scan(s) for additional detail.
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal.
