    Description

    See scans - inspect please.  Sold for 0.50 in 2009.  The 2-tier catalog values in this catalog are just stupid.  There's no reason the 5c is worth more or less than the 2c.  Both were made by cachet makers in equal quantities in 99% of cases.  Some cachet makers only produced them in sets on one cover making the listing in error.  This is a scarce cover anyway and the catalog value for even the 5c is very low.
