Description

Scott #664 6 cent Garfield Kansas Overprint "first" Day Cover, Newton, Kansas, April 15, 1929.  The official first day of issue was May 1st for Washington DC.  The 6 cents correct=pays the airmail to Kentucky.
Condition is as shown in the pics.  The cover has some toning, especially on the reverse, and some corner wear.
The 2021 Brookman catalog values this cover (April 15 Newton Postmark) at 0;  2019 Scott at 0.
