Hello, here is a very nice and 100% natural Iridescent Cleoniceras Ammonite Fossil that has been polished all around! This piece has a bright red flash at certain angles and lighting conditions! It was quarried in the Mahajanga River Basin, Madagascar.
Please note that it is much nicer in person as it is very difficult to get all of the FLASH to show up in the photos.
It dates from the Early Cretaceous Era a CRAZY! 100 to 113 Million Years Ago!
This fossil measures around 5.0cm or 2" at its biggest.
