    Sale is for a beautiful and unique Collins Hand Painted First Day Cover-The Fred Collins last FDC of the 1900’s.
    It is personally autographed by Fred Collins and has (3) cancelation marks.
    One is the First Day of Issue of the stamp, One is the last day of 1999 and the third is the First Day of the New Millennium-the year 2000. Also included is the Note of Description which Fred Collins included with all of the Millennium Covers.
