    only; comes with mini 2" transfer of same image if you want to do a practice first, and also comes with complete instructions.  For cotton, cotton/poly.  Fabric must be light - white, pastels, cream, etc. This will not transfer onto black, dark red, dark blue, etc. (Obviously, the word Sample does not appear on the iron on transfer.)
