    There are at least three
    Orthoceras
    sp in this Devonian matrix from Morocco. The plate also contains numerous other fossil remnants like crinoids and shells
    Orthoceras
    was shaped like a tapering cylindrical cone with a centrally placed siphuncle. They were active swimmers, scavenging and preying on small animals.
    The specimens and matrix measures 8.0 inches long , 2.55 inches wide and 1.66 inches high.
    All of my fossils are authentic and have been legally obtained.
