    A rubber stamp cacheted cover created by the Texas Philatelic Association "...to be applied to all airmail and special delivery letters on June 26, 1928, the first day of the Democratic National Convention in Houston TX." (Hotchner, Linn's Oct 10, 2011). "He's in the Houston" refers to Gov. Alfred E. Smith's presence at the convention.
    The rear flap is sealed. The cover received a NY NY GPO duplex cancel on Jun 27, 1928 before being forwarded to Lancaster PA.
