    -  Approx. 3" round design with attached bottom rocker, white rolled-edge with fine white weave outer background.  Inner design features a highly-symbolic tree on brown soil with oil well derrick on blue with white separation between two images.   Across patch in black lettering reads "Louisiana Dept. of Natural Resources across top and on bottom rocker reads "Office Of Conservation Injection Mining Div.".   Has vintage cloth backing.  Mint condition, as shown.  Shipping & Handling is .00 within USA.
