Hello, here is a very well defined and 100% natural White Ribbed Aulacosphinctoides Ammonite fossil that has been polished all around! It was quarried in the Mahajanga River Basin, near the village of Ambatolafia, Northeast Madagascar.
It has very fine definition with a light cream and/or off white color and dates to the Early Cretaceous Era, Albian Age a Crazy! 100 to 113 Million years ago.
This Fossil measures a nice 7.2cm or 2 7/8" at its biggest.
Please note that this fossil has no restoration...just split out of its host matrix with a hammer and polished.
