Vintage Black Lacquer & Brass Oriental Jewelry Chest Box; Birds Flower Top

Description

This is a antique oriental jewelry box. It is finished in black lacquer with extensive brass trim on all corners, drawer handles, lock, and side carry handles. This chest measure 14" x 9" x 10" It is very heavy and weighs over 12 lbs. There are 3 pull out drawers with red lining that are behind two doors which snap shut. All the hinges and brass and in perfect condition; the finish has some defects and scratches (please see photos). Extremely nice item for its age.
