Vintage Snap On 1/4" Drive Ratchet Model MV71 Tested X 2

Up for your consideration are two vintage Snap On MV71 1/4" drive ratchets. Both ratchets are included in the auction. One of the ratchets is fully functional with no issues. The other is for parts or repair. It's rusted bad and will not turn in either direction. I'm hoping someone can repair the other ratchet or use it for parts. Both of the ratchets have rust present and previous owners markings in multiple places. Please check out the photos and feel free to ask any questions.
